Hanukkah Food for the Foodies


Since this info has been requested by some of you who missed out on the fest...This was the spread at our 3rd Annual Hanukkah Hullabaloo. Mickey helped out with the meat log. The rest of the pics are in the Hanukkah album (link on the side of this page to all photo albums then select 3rd annual... etc).

Baked Brie (that was a 2lb wheel of brie in puff pastry, mmmmm hot cheese :)

Spinach dip with veggies (ho hum)

Cheese & crackers (ahhh more cheese....sharp cheddar and Monterey jack, pedestrian but tasty)

Glazed salami with mustard (yes sounds nasty but was requested and gone in minutes and that was 3lbs of kosher beef there!)

Potato Latkes with cinnamon applesauce (yepper i made em both!)

Olives stuffed with blue cheese (bought em)
Various nuts (hee hee)

Choc covered oreos (thanks TD!!! they are awesome!!!)

Oh and a huge tray of pasta rustica that I made to keep everyone from getting too sauced (MV said I must be italian cus she liked it, except she called the sauce "gravy", hmpf. not familiar with that. guess im no italian)

You'll all have to make it next year!!!
